Purpose |
19JPC Universal Tool-Maker’s
Microscope with computer measuring system |

can
be used for 2D measurement based on the new measuring machine so as |

|
to
turn the traditional one into an indispensable equipment of complicated |
|
|
two-dimensional geometric measurement. |
|
|
The instrument adopts precision
grating sensor and computer measuring |
|
|
system completely compatible to
process the measuring data in real time, |
|
|
indicate and print the results
with the soft and hardware of the computer |
|
system. The man-machine dialog and
the screen indicating manual |
|
|
|
(operation guide).The user starts
to measure just using mouse click the |

measuring menu. |
|
|
Both the metrological units of the
metric system and the inch system are |

|
applied in the instrument. The
calculating accuracy reaches 0.0001mm and |
| |
|
0.00001 inch separately. |
| |

The
instrument can also correct automatically the assembly error of the rail
plate of working stage, |
| |

which
makes the measuring accuracy higher. It’s quite suitable to be used in
precision measurement |

length, angle, and shapes of machine tools and parts in Cartesian
coordinates or polar coordinates |

by
means of the s silhouette method, axial section method or contact method,

kinds of attachment and the expanded function of the soft ware, the range of
application gets larger. |
